These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services provided by Beyond Meridian Limited (“Beyond Meridian”), a company registered in England & Wales under number 17340149, with its registered office at 30 First Avenue, London, England, W10 4NL. By using the website or engaging our services you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the website or our services.

Beyond Meridian provides operational and business-administration services, including receivables management and payment administration, project management office support, customer communications, and back-office workflow support. The precise scope, fees, and duration of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with each client; nothing on this website constitutes an offer that becomes binding merely by your acceptance.

Beyond Meridian Limited is an operational and business-services company. We are not a payment processor, not a bank, not an e-money or payment institution, and not a regulated financial services provider. We do not hold client money on deposit, provide credit, give investment advice, or carry on any activity requiring authorisation by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority. Where payments are collected, they are executed through duly authorised banks and financial partners; our role is administrative — preparing, tracking, reconciling, and supporting those collections on behalf of our clients.

Payments administered by us are collected by SEPA direct debit and appear on bank statements under the descriptor BEYOND MERIDIAN. A valid SEPA mandate — the payer's authorisation to debit their account — underlies every collection we administer. Mandate references and collection records are retained so that any charge can be traced and evidenced on request.

If you see a charge under this descriptor that you do not recognise, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your name and client number, or use the charge lookup on this website. Contact our customer service to clarify and amend payments with SEPA direct debit.

• You may ask us at any time to clarify a charge, amend a payment arrangement, or cancel a recurring collection. We aim to acknowledge such requests within one working day.
• Where a charge was made in error or without a valid mandate, we will arrange correction or refund through the relevant financial partner without undue delay.
• Under the SEPA Direct Debit scheme you also hold independent rights through your own bank, including the right to a no-questions-asked refund of an authorised debit within eight weeks of the debit date, and longer periods for unauthorised debits. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Supply accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained data for any work we administer
• Hold valid authorisations (including SEPA mandates) for any collections they instruct
• Respond promptly to queries needed to resolve customer or settlement issues
• Pay agreed fees on time in accordance with the engagement agreement
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

Fees are agreed per engagement and invoiced as set out in the applicable agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days, sums are exclusive of any applicable VAT, and we may suspend services where invoices remain unpaid after reasonable notice.

The content of this website — text, graphics, marks, and design — belongs to Beyond Meridian Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use; any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

We treat client and customer information as confidential and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information is disclosed only with consent or where the law requires it.

• Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss flowing from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us
• We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Either party may end an engagement on the notice set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, outstanding fees fall due, records are returned or made available as agreed, and confidentiality and liability provisions survive.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in force. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
